In business almost a decade, Fire Works American Pizza bakes up a number of inventive and appealing pizzas in a custom-built, wood-fired oven weighing in at five tons! The Arlington location, at the corner of Clarendon and Adams, opened in 2010 and has been packing in the crowds from day one.
The menu emphasizes local and seasonal ingredients, and the servers are happy to customize any dish to meet your dietary restrictions and taste preferences. Regulars rave over the spinach dip appetizer, as well as the meat-loaded pepperoni, sausage, meatball, and salami pizza. Fire Works also serves an impressive selection of craft beers, house cocktails, and imported wines.
Fire Works Pizza is large enough that even during peak times the wait for a table is rarely longer than a half hour, though on weekends it's a good idea to make a reservation before heading over from The Palatine.
